What are these critters. They are in the sump. Looks like a calcium tube like structure with a reddish worm inside.

I've got similar in my sump ... they're a sort of fanworm, filter-feeders, and do no harm, unless you've got to put something where their tubes are.

Yeah, the calcium carbonate-based tube tells me it's a Serpulid Feather Duster Worm (a Serpulid Fanworm).
