It might be helpful if you posted a photo of the 'curved' edge. I think most of us are unfamiliar with the JBJ tank you are talking about.

I'm big on diy stuff in this hobby and I'm in the process of doing a screen top for my 90g rimless tank.

Haven't found a kit or even a way to make a nice looking DIY screen with the curved edges

Red sea kit may work. I would have a local glass/window shop make it for you

You’ll have to hold it short so there’s a small gap in front. Or build it bigger to sit over the top of it all.

By round edges, you mean the round corners of the tank?

There is a guy on here that does custom screen covers. I can think of his name off the top of my head. I didn't make a note of it because I knew I'd be making my own. In fact, I'm just putting the finishing touches to my diy led fixture brackets and will be starting on a screen cover in the next day or two. (It will all be in my build thread)

I know you said DIY but if you change your mind Clearview Lids have JBJ tanks in their list of products. I have no affiliation but do have one of their lids on my reefer 170 and the quality is top notch. A Google search will bring them up.

I used those plastic screen corners from Home Depot and sanded them to match the tank. I originally used black veil but ended up ordering 1/4 mesh which is on there now. For the clips to keep on I used pieces of acrylic that I glued to the frame and painted everything black. The white pieces you see were put on to see if it worked before installing the acrylic pieces.
