Or do I just have a neurotic Turbo Snail?
He clearly enjoys creating a path for himself at sand-level, but I have no idea why. Is there something particularly tasty at sand level? Do I need to add another Turbo to keep him company?
Backstory: This was somebody's "regret" tank that I bought fully cycled and moved to my house a little over a week ago. Aside from a few hours during the moving time period, it's been running. The snail came from another tank in my house. I've moved the snail to some delicious-looking algae on the rocks, but he keeps returning to his sand-level path. He's not hurting anyone, but the tank looks weird with a shallow trench dug around the perimeter.
