Me too! Though idnt know if it goes with the oatmeal I made for breakfast. Even if it is hickory smoked thick cut…. :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing: :rolling-on-the-floor-laughing:
I ended up having a protein cookie instead. We have any bacon at our house at the moment and I didn't feel like going out to go get some.

If you want a job, then walk right in their building, ask for the manager, and tell them!

Funny thing about this. Many years ago I go to a job interview in the bay area. There are three of us. Two of us are following the more traditional protocols wearing suites and carrying our cover letter and resume. The other lad is in board shorts, tank top, and has a brown bag with his lunch. The VP comes out who is going to interview us (small start up) pauses, smiles, and hands us each a pencil, booklet, and takes us each to our own office. After that is finished you either make it to the next route or go home.

Anyway long story short the booklet was a test that applicants had to pass, the VP at the start was to get to know you, both had to happen before talking to the engineering VP who was actually making the recommendations. My point in this case is that the first VP, Pat was his name I remember clear as a sunny day, didn't care that we wore suites, ties, or that our shoes are shiny. He cared more that we showed up and are present. Engaged and ready to go.

We all conveyed that in our different ways I guess as we all got the jobs. Even the lad in the surfer outfit which the VP thought had the best approach. While his outfit wasn't appropriate to many of us he showed that he wanted to work by bringing his lunch. He actually was a dang good developer too. Little out there but I attribute that to Berkeley :)

Can I be at the top of a list? Don’t care what list it is, but being at the top would be nice. You don’t even have to tell me what list — just “Bean, your at the top of my list” would be dandy. If it comes with some kind of perks, like a robe and slippers, or continental breakfast — that would be great too as long as the English muffins are good and not those dense stale ones that some places serve.

Have you considered that being in the middle of the list is ideal, cause if you're at the top of MY list.. you're at the bottom of someone in Australia's list.
