So guys

Do you have to dose phosphate or use a remover to keep in check?

No removers. But carbon dosing to manage it. And sometimes I dose it.

I use a concentrated remover, Tri Lanthanum Chloride, 50ml mixed with 1450ml RODI, then I dose about 30ml a day via Neptune Apex directly into my skimmer neck.

300g DT, 125g Sump, kind of heavy Bio-load.

A little of both but I have multiple tanks. I tend to dose more often than use gfo. I don't like zero but I don't mind a little high PO4 one tank was 0.7 last test. I just let it roll since the tank looks good with no nuisance algae

I’ve had a phosphate and feeding fixation for a while. Not necessary but it’s been fun.

I let it do its thing. But I do add TM Phos Feed to my main tank and I look at corals.
If I see this I assume things are good,

Last time I checked PO4 is 4+ months ago…
