Gosh I don't know and I wont be able able to find out in reasonable time. They sit on the rim of the light that sticks out from under the acrylic top-plate.

New XR15 gen 5/6 shade available! Its a little longer (2") and the angle of the shade is 5 degrees steeper. Diffuser version upon request.

EcoTech XR15 Light Shade Model 4 (gen 5 & 6)

This light shade is designed for the XR15 aquarium light by EcoTech. It is similar to the model 2 except the shade is at a 40 degree angle and extends to over two inches below the fixture. It works on gen 6 XR15s with or without the EcoTech Diffuser. Its been tested on a Gen6 XR15 Blue.
