Need some help. I know a lot of 3D printer guru’s are on R2R, and I see a lot of companies selling lamp shades for Radion lighting.

I’m trying to justify spending the money on these light shades. If they do in fact help with the light bleed, I’ll make the purchase.

Can anyone shed some light (haha) on the subject?

I’ve attached a photo to show the light bleed in my living room. It’s so dang bright and my fiancè is ready for a solution! Thanks everyone.

I like this design I printed myself. Keeps the light out of my eyes because my office desk isn’t far away. Not a fan of the ones that flare out although they would help with wider coverage I guess. You will still get light bleed somewhat but the LEDs won’t be in your eyes. Only a full canopy will stop that bleed.
