My first SPS is a Forest Fire Digitata so it's special to me as well. I don't see the green in it anymore though.

My first SPS is a Forest Fire Digitata so it's special to me as well. I don't see the green in it anymore though.
Well in the bubblegum in particular those are growth nodes. Yours look plenty healthy tho, so I wouldn’t be too concerned.

Love the bubblegum!

I think Anacropora is “supposed” to be easy, and a fast grower. I just picked up two frags, RRC Goldenrod and JF TNT

We’ll see!

The frag of anacropora I recently added grows daily. I can literally see new growth everyday. It's an insanely fast grower BUT it doesn't encrust.

That’s super interesting I wouldn’t have guessed that. So a big colony grows off a tiny stalk? I don’t see long term success this way

It's insane watching it putting on new growth daily. I have the 'Gold' version of the anacropora above and within a month, there is at least 6-7 new white tips starting to form new branches.
