I have a Clown Grouper that quit eating. I am noticing more that he seems to have trouble staying down. He seems to save to swim down constantly or else he starts to rise in the column. He does not flip over. He stays upright. But he seems to have to fight rising to the surface if not in a cave and held down by the rock.

Can you post a video? Positive buoyancy can come from swim bladder overinflation, but also from gas trapped in the intestines.
