A black tang I would love to have a beautiful black tang. I finding them is hard enough affording them is even harder. We all have those fish that we would love to have in our reef tank and for one reason or another we don't have one. Maybe it would eat all your coral or maybe the price tag is too high! Whatever the reason is this "fish" has become the fish of your dreams. Let's talk about it today and why you can't have one!
1. What is the fish of your dreams?
2. What are the reasons you can't have your dream fish?

Don’t quit it certainly can be done. I’ve had a ton of luck with those and feel like they shouldn’t be “expert only”Leopard Wrasse. Love that fish and wanted one since I first got into the hobby 6 years ago but heard they were for experts. After 6 years I thought I'd try and bought two as a pair. I did lots of research and followed the best advice on QT, meds, sand, etc. One died in QT after about 10 days and the second appears to be on her way out. Sad and disappointing but I'll probably let myself try one more time. Others have success with them.
With ya...my budget is set strictly at 100 max (although I've been lucky last decade or so to have some really long lived ones that were purchased all of them less than 60) ... Lose one that's over that price point and its soul crushing not only for the loss, and what you put into it, but the wallet here as well lolAchilles tang
The cost. $100 is my price limit on a fish.
couple manta rays and a whale shark...

I cannot get one as they have never been collected for the aquarium trade and if they were they were be exuberantly expensive.

How big is your tank? In a bigger tank 6 lines are great because they have lots of space and dont bother others.Everyone I've ever talked to and every forum I've read on them pretty much says they will "eventually" become territorial in small tanks and become tank terrors. I know every fish is different but I'd feel terrible for my current fish and I'd probably never be able to catch it if I got one like that
