I visited Rudy from Golden Basket corals at a coral expo last weekend and he sells a concentrated liquid in tank treatment for red,white and black bugs. 1 drop per gallon for dips and 1ml per 100g for in tank treatment.

I didn’t purchase any bc I have a stock pile of interceptor already but a couple vendors I know have used it with 100% success and said it cheaper and more convenient to use than interceptor

Looks like you can order milbemycin here: https://www.selleckchem.com/products/milbemycin-oxime.html -- not sure if you need a license of some sort, but, probably isn't too hard to obtain.
