I can't answer your question off hand, but great microscopy! What are you using for a 'scope?

it is a Boreal brand, 4x 10x 40x and a 10x lens I believe this was 100x magnification , but possibly 400x magnification. i pulled out a rock with both bryopsis and GHA on it, and removed with tweezers tufts of a mix of both. i know there are chloroplasts everywhere in the cells but i wouldnt imagine them to be moving around as much as they are in the second video. the third video specifically i am clueless but it looks like little flagella pushing them around

I really want a 'scope, it's just not on the top of my list compared to other gear I need right now. Looks like it's doing a great job for you :)
