Flatworm. . . generally not desirable, though this type may be fairly innocuous.

EDIT: to clarify, looks like a “ghost” flatworm to me, which I believe are fairly harmless. Maybe look into those OP and see if that’s what you have.

Probably bad, im not great at flatworm id though. @ISpeakForTheSeas
Yeah, Ghost Flatworm (presumed to be an Amphiscolops species at the moment) - they're pretty neutral, but it's generally recommend to remove them to be safe.
