Green Hair Algae?

Is this green hair algae? If so, what do I do about it? This is the first time I've seen it and this is the only place I've seen it.

Does not look like hair to me. If it does have a fan you have a free gift. I would watch and see if it open at night or when you feed.

If it were hair, and only on something like that. I would just toss the rock/shell? If it were a crab/snail inside I would toothbrush it.

Tube worms are great. Fan worms even better. All my tube worms are white and seem to like to hang upside down in the rock caves. I do have a few brave ones that are out in the open on rocks.
