Half white half black bug

Anyone have guesses on this one? Front half or 2/3 is black and the back half or 1/3 is white. About 1 cm long. White antennae, seems like 4 antennae. Moves super fast and seems to scurry on legs. Maybe a white head? Body is shaped about like a grain of rice.

Sorry for the pic quality, I only have a phone to work with. I have plenty of amphipods but none have looked like this before. They are usually brown, orange, or redish. This thing is super black and super white.
