Happiest of New Year to all of you from me and my family!

R2R is a huge part of my life and has been for going on almost 20 years now. It’s much more than a job and even a hobby. For me, it’s a mission and a call. I believe God chose me, with all of my inadequacies and lack of knowledge, to lead this community, and why, I may never know.

I’ve made many mistakes over the years, I’ve lost my way at times, I’ve been AWOL at times but I’m still here, you’re still here and I’m just plain….grateful. I think God is showing me the way again. No, I know He is!

I love you reefers and I’m probably more excited about a new year than I have been in a very long time. I’m getting back to being me. I’m getting back to enjoying you. I’m getting back to the passion and love for this hobby and for the people of this hobby.

Thank you for being a part of this community. I mean that dearly.

You know, sometimes believers think that a ministry is some highfalutin "holy" endeavor but in my walk with the Lord I have found that not to be true. Being faithful to your husband or wife is one of the greatest ministries of all for example. I was just thinking this morning (no, really) that I wanted some sort of new ministry and God spoke in His quiet voice to me and said to consider the reef2reef as a source of aiding and helping others. So, I went on the forum and look what I find! A post from you rededicating yourself. Wonderful! So I am joining the re-dedication. I am an accomplished reefer with much knowledge who just got back into the hobby, not full bore but am delving into it a little at a time. Keep the faith and may God bless you and your family.
