Help ID some type of fungus or sponge?

First, thanks everyone for contributing and helping. Im a newbie to this hobby and my tank is only 7 months in. I wouldn't have gotten as far without all of the knowledge i've found here.

I have these things that started growing on my rocks and recently now onto my monti that was right next to its initial growth. Its not a fast grower and flow in that area may be low, the picture you've seen might have taken about 2-3 months to get to that point. I dont know what it is but its starting to spread, still at a slow rate, and nothing seems to eat it, CUC leaves it alone. I have snails, hermits, emerald crab.

PH: 7.8-8.1
dKH: 10-11
mag: 1350-1400
cal: 420-430
nitrate: 10-13ppm
phos: 0.05-0.01

I recently dealt with dinos and got that taken care of so my nitrates and phos did buttomed out before i recently bought them back up, but none of that effected whatever this thing is.
