I was cleaning my overflow and found this worm in wirh some if the algae. Any ideas what it is?

Its a bit blury but could be a bristle worm

+1 on a basic bristleworm its kinda hard to tell with this quality image you may want to compare to a fire worm. Just to make sure its not something that could end up being painful.
