Hi, I am new to the hobby I have a 220gallon tank with a disease that has wiped out 4 fish in less than 24 hours and two more are sick. I have all the fish I can catch in quarantine but I am not sure what I am treating. The mimic tang has large dark spots in the center of his body and is acting normally. The orange shoulder tang has a red sore on his mouth and as you can see is swimming erratically sideways and upside down. The erratic swimming is the only sign that my yellow tang had before it died.

the dark spot may be a blemish from netting or other minor injury. Keep an eye on it to assure it does not get darker or red which will point to bacterial. Also, add a seeded sponge filter or hang on filter with carbon removed as you have no means of bacteria and particle entrapment which will allow ammonia to rise quickly
