Chemipure blue does not contain any po4 remover, you need a different product, I would choose rowaphos over chemipure, but if you want to stick with chemipure, its the elite you need not the blue.

Testing is part of reef keeping. I dont like it either but you gotta do it. I would rather do a water change to be honest but you need to know the numbers its so important.

You may be trying to fight something you dont have, your po4 test reading was extremely high and whilst api po4 test is not great, your tank looks to have high nutrients, still could be dinos with high nutrients but probably less likely.

I would first confirm it is dinos, loads of pictures of the tank in white light would help see if that is actually what the issue is.

Imo using snow to help clean the tank is going to have very marginal effects, it’s something you can do after every thing else, just to get that last bit of improvement, vacuuming the sand and scraping the glass, water changes etc will help more. And do you even have a skimmer? As I believe a skimmer is necessary when using snow.
