I still prefer farmed corals. I don't have the time/space/money/skill to set up another system to properly qt non-farmed corals.

Might be fun one day, but I don't see that as an option any time soon.

I think some people would still say that mariculated falls under farmed ?
So maybe change to aquaculted or mariculted or captive farmed or wild farmed ?
Theres a big difference :)

I prefer my acropora to be well marinated. Or as some may say, farmed.

I choose both... just to be a rebel. Honestly, farmed, but I am interested in the challenge and seeing what still might exist out there in color combos.

Gertrude, warm up the tractor! For my current situation, farmed 100%.

I would not rule out some time in the distant future, as part of my progression in the hobby, wanting to try my hand at some wild pieces in a separate dedicated tank though. But that is at least 10 years down the road and to keep that fulfilling feeling as a hobbyist.

I prefer acros with a history of being hardy in a home aquarium. Not wild/mariculture colonies that have been “cooked” for 6 months, chopped up, and called aquacultured.
