Ideal fish for nano tanks?

Royal grammas may be suitable, yes. But man, damsels are definitely little devils. If you make a mistake like me and add them as the first fish, they completely take over that aquarium and challenge anyone who comes in front of them. They are very voracious and they harass everyone while feeding, and I cannot remove them in any way because they dig in the sand and make nests.

Are sapphire damsel aggressive?

I think I will get a Tailspot Blenny, they seem to be pretty chill.

think all damsels are aggressive in small tanks never had 1 though so maybe someone else will chime in about that

no, but geometric pygmy hawkfish are…

they’re considered to be more of an anthias
still, they’re close enough to a hawk in behavior

i still think you should get one of these
if you can find one…
they’re not terribly expensive,
right around 40 to 50 bucks.

they add a ton of interesting behavior and personality to the system
which is a nice reward for your investment

The people at the place I bought it from said that they are not normally very aggressive, but I think it seemed crazy to me. Still, they're all little devils.
