I'm actually so tired of neon green corals, anyone else?

Hi, I know I'm old school fashioned with white light and all, but neon green corals looked awesome for a while, but I feel that I just got tired of looking at them online. Am I alone on this?

No. It’s actually a thing many people have gone through. It’s called green tank syndrome.

Neon green is a common color for many corals, and it stands out really well in reef lighting. So people end up randomly buying bright neon green corals one by one. Then one day step back and look at the tank, and it’s all green lol

I wanted a colorful tank so I am making sure to get colorful corals and avoid green most of the time. Neon green is allowed to exist in my tank, but only a select few items

I like neon green, but really only 1 or 2 in the tank. With so many coral colors available. I want each one to be multi-colored if possible.

For me greens/neon greens are accents, just to add another color to the mix. One or two greens is fine for me.

All you have to do is turn your lights to blue

Raise your nutrients and lighting and you can make them a beautiful Mocha Brown Fudgie color that isn't so distracting as the Neon Green.

I have more full spectrum lighting during the day, so green is just ok, but there is allot of green coral in the hobby.

blue, red, purple, gold - Those are my favorites under a crisp white light

That would imply that more people needed to care about white light tanks. The market would find them tho Pikachu is pretty good under whites.

Sounds like ya need a Ora frog skin! It’s the brightest green I’ve ever seen! It’s actually brighter than my holy grail torch lol.

These windex tanks are the reason Fiji yellow leathers aren’t yellow any more! They are super yellow under 6500k and 10k
