is my anemone gonna die

I was scraping the back glass where my anemone was attached to. I used a card to remove the anemone but once i removed it , it got so small and it’s been an hour I cut off all flow and it still has not attached to anything.
I see the tentacles moving very slowly but it is not attaching to anything it’s just loose and not moving
