My torch has been not fully opening for two days in a row. It has been doing great for about 3 months now and has been growing new polyps/tentacles. I believe it might be splitting. I circled what I believe to be the two separate heads as well as the mouth. Is this normal behavior for a torch? It does not appear to be diseased and there is no “brown jelly” present.

Normal for torches to look annoyed during splitting process. They could be retracted more than normal for a few weeks. Reduce flow slightly if you can. Just watch for signs of bjd. If no bjd no action needed
