Is that elegance happy?

Iv had this elegance for a while now, and i am just wonder as i see the tentacles are kinda loopy, and not as fat and long as they used to be? Not sure if that’s normal behavior?

How long is a while?
What did it look like at first?
What is loopy? Do you mean OK, just not 100%.
It looks like an elegance to me?
Has a bit of a reputation of contracting 4-6 months in.
