Is this flow too strong for my coral?

So basically I bought the wrong power head. For my 40 gallon. I grabbed one off the shelf that were in the spot that were for 40 gallon tanks. But after putting it in I realized it's for 55 gallon tanks and up.... the boxes basically are the same except for a check mark on the box lol. Im running it on the softest setting it has.

Or that, sure. move the powerhead around a bit and see how it affects the torch.

But I meant move the torch

I have icecap gyres, so I can change where the powerhead points, and I aim it off the back glass to try and have it "Swirl" in the tank.
