Jebao dc-9000 won t turn on in water.

So I got this used about 6 months ago, clean it every two months and it looked brand new when I picked it up, today I cut the power for a WC like normal, and after it wouldn't turn back on, lights are green and the impeller turns manually. So I turned the power back on and it runs but as soon as any part of the housing touches the water it stops, lights are still green.
Any ideas why this is happening ING or how to fix it?

And to make things worse, my back up pump is at a buddies house and we are about to get snow until Tuesday, about 3 feet.

Did that it will move but won't function.

Update kill/unplugged all power from the systemand plugged the pump to another outlet same issue, but the issue is resolved when I remove the ground probe from the system, makes me feel pump has a bad seal and if getting wet inside.
So I feel to avoid issues I need to replace the pump entirely.

εγώ have over 15 pumps jebao (skimmer pump,circulation,simple pumps)all the same problems, not working...I think the problem born in the pumps if they working to the maximum...do not buy again...
