Macroalgae ID. Is this a type of Caulerpa?

I found this macroalgae being sold locally at a LFS but there was not much detail. It just had a generic hobby name in the local language which didn't help at all.
Does anyone know what this macroalgae is? Is this a type of Caulerpa?
