Need help identifying silk-webs in a fresh-water tank

Hi! I’ve just gotten my 40liter fresh-water tank set up and cycled for a betta and I’ve since added my betta, 6 rasboras, a guppy, and a couple days ago I added 2 mystery snails and a new live plant. I’ve just noticed a few pieces of string/silk-like webs that are all along my tank floor and I’m unsure if I should be worried. I have a few pond snail stowaways that came on the live plant but apart from that I haven’t seen anything else. I’m worried it is vermetide snail’s but I have been searching every rock and pebble and haven’t seen anything so I’m looking for someone who can help .

It's likely a type of water mold or white algae, but I don't have enough freshwater knowledge to tell you.
