Heteractis magnifica anemones, sometimes called "ritteri" anemones based upon a previous scientific name. They are the natural host for all Percula and Ocellaris Clownfish and all their designer variants. These types of Clownfish are very tightly bonded to magnifica anemones.

I often hear that magnificas are difficult to keep. I don't find that to be the case. This can mostly be attributed to proper collection and handling prior to my ever getting them. I have my own collection station in the Ha'Apai islands of Tonga. Magnifica anemones are very abundant in that location. The Ha'Apai islands are a long boat ride from the main island where our export station is located. My partner in Tonga has many years of experience, and the desire to venture out these mostly uninhibited Ha'Apai islands.

Since this is our own station, no middleman is involved. The anemones come directly to me at our facility in Maryland. They arrive in perfect condition with no treatment needed. They receive intense lighting and flow along with daily feeding. When I ship them to you, they are at optimum health.
