This angelfish arrived today, something is going on with his eye. He’s in my quarantine tank with another fish that arrive today. Any idea what it is? Should I separate him into a separate QT?

This likely was caused either by netting damage or fish surfing along the thick mil bag. While you could observe for improvement, I would apply treatment in a separate tank using Maracyn as pictured below along with added aeration using air stone. and upon completion of treatment- Quarantine this fish please. And. . . treat with both coppersafe and praziPro (separately) to assure fish is clear of foreign issues

Is the angel eating?
Is it just this one eye, or are both cloudy? If just one eye, then it is likely an injury, if both eyes are cloudy it could be a double injury (less likely) or flukes.

I would contact the supplier, as I don't see this eye issue as happening during shipment itself - either it happened during capture, or it had an eye issue when they shipped it to you.

Thanks for responding. Just one eye and he just had some mysis. I guess the biggest concern, should I separate him from the other fish that came in today. Or is it OK to keep them in the same quarantine tank while we figure this whole thing out. The supplier, has been helpful. I don’t see any issues with them Moving forward.

If it is just an injury, separating it from other fish isn't needed. Treatment with Erythromycin (Maracyn 1) can be helpful.
