I think they look a little different as well - but - there was another fish with similar spots a couple days ago with the same 'look'. One way to determine if its ich is the some spots drop off And new spots replace them. If bacterial, it will continue to worsen in those spots. If it's viral - it will go away.
Here's a clear pic for you

Dont wait until 26th for general Cure. Treat now with Neoplex please

I'm sorry for the quality of the photos, it's already night here. I only have a 3w lamp. He has these dots since Wednesday, I have the impression that one has grown. The fish is energetic and eats well, which even surprises me with this species.

Oh no, I didn't notice. I can only buy from the USA. I don't know if there are any substitutes. I only have Cipronex at home. The rest are herbal preparations.

This is the issue with multiple threads. I gave you options in your region for meds

Two different people I think… this thread is really confusing.

I would just wait and see if the spots change or move places. It looks like they are all on the fins. Could be lympho.

Is the fish eating? It is thin.

These medicines are not available in my country. I'm looking for help, if they were available I would buy them immediately. Just like coppersafe. We use ionic copper

I would appreciate it if you can answer the question if the fish in the picture below is your fish or not?

Myxazin will work if it is a bacterial infection. It will not help with Ich.

Sorry, I didn't know it was for me. No, this is not my photo. I have rocks in qt
Thanks - that has caused some confusion. In that case - The spots you have do not look entirely like Ich, nor clearly bacterial. I would recommend doing what I said before - watch to see if the spots fall off - and then come back in different areas. If they do - that suggests ICH - which needs treatment with copper (and as we talked about - you can use the hypo salinity protocol). If not - watch them. They may be a viral infection - or a bacterial infection. IF worsening - the Myxazin that you have is an antibiotic and should help.
