Yeah me either I've moved and setup a few tanks never more than a few days to clear upFilter sock should clear it up quick. How are you cycling it? I've never seen a tank be cloudy for more than 2-3 days a week at most.
I have just used dead live rock and seeded it with a lot of copods and they are doing fine my tank is crawling with them this is my 3rd week test from last weekendFilter sock should clear it up quick. How are you cycling it? I've never seen a tank be cloudy for more than 2-3 days a week at most.
I have cut the flow almost cut off I haven't added any kind of ammonia other than the dead live rock from BRS that caused a ammonia spike on the first test I added a whole bottle of bio Spira the first week and 2 bags of copods the 5600 pod bags with the three types of pods from algae barn and I've been dosing live pyto plankton every other day and the pods are everywhere active I was considering feeding the tank a little to build the pods and bacteriaNice setup! What ammonia source are you using? I would also probably wait on the carbon till your ready to start stocking. What kind of flow do you have?
