If you had to guess how much do you think your stand weighs? Without the tank and sump..
Oh man, that's a tough one. I really have no clue. It's pretty hefty though. Just a shot in the dark here but I would say 75+ lbs. This is tough to judge though.

That's about what I figured up when I estimated based on 17 lb per 8 foot 2x4.. thanks. Also is there anything you would have done differently? (Structurally not style). Awesome build and I love that frogspawn!

Thanks. Only thing I would have changed was the opening in the back. I had to cut it a hair bigger after building it for my sump to fit. No biggie but it would have been cleaner done prior to building.

So with the loss of my Rainfordi Goby (tried one a long time ago also) I went out to check around and see if I could find another candidate. I came across a Blackline Fang Blenny which is the exact blenny that the Red Sea Mimic Blennies mimic to ward off predators. I've had a canary and a forktail before and they where very cool fish. I have never actually seen a blackline available though so I had to get it. Seems to be getting along fine with all the tankmates pretty well and is staying pretty active. I also picked up an Acro horrida frag along with a very nice looking People Eater Zoa frag. Here are some photos of the new additions.

I wasn't able to get a good shot yet of the People Eater Zoa but ill post it up as soon as I can.

LOL, yea he is definitely a really cool little fish. The are all getting along very well. My Orchid Dottyback rushed him and scoped him out upon introduction, but that was it.

I have acquired some nice new additions as well as a little project I've been working on. I was given a free sheet of 1/4" glass in which I decided to try my hands at a DIY rimless frag tank. The dimensions are 24"L, 18"W, & 8"T. It equals out to right under 15 gallons which is what I wanted. I am going to let the silicone cure for a good while and plan to build a stand before set-up. Still debating on plumping it to my system or running it solo. If I decide to hook it up to my system that will push is back a little further before setting it up. I also picked up some really nice new addition the other day. I got first dibs on a Mini-Maxi Anemone order and ended up with a really nice colored one to go with my current one. Also in this order FINALLY came in a REAL Strawberry Shortcake Acro that my buddy fragged for me. Got a pretty good deal on it all. The SS Acro is a little bleached, but I have good faith it will turn into a real beauty soon. The Purple Bonsai that I accidently broke an reglued has since mostly encrusted over the glue and has started coloring up very nicely an sooner than expected. Here are some photos of everything just talked about. :)
