Iv been dosing waterglass for a few weeks now almost a month. Tested my phosphate with hanna, and its at 0.33. I know dosing silicate to combat dinos, gives false accurate reading on hanna is that true? With what i should test if its

How much water glass are you dosing? It generally depletes quite rapidly and takes a huge amount to impact phosphate testing.

What size tank?
I'm only dosing about 0.4 mL SiO2 into 40 gallons maybe once or twice a week (just experimentally),,, but not sure if multitudes more might be normal for your goals.

*based on others' calcs, I think I estimated that 0.4 mL of 41% waterglass should be roughly 2 ppm into 30 gallons ... but who knows if I misinterpreted anything

I dose 2ml/ every single day for a month. I heard once or twice a week wont do nothint for dinos. As diatoms just gets sucked by other things in your tank. U need to maintain 2ppm and my tank size is 150G

Makes sense -- so you're dosing roughly 2 ppm daily (I think).
I have no idea how rapidly that depletes but maybe ICP would be in order to make sure you're not accumulating a bunch by now?

FWIW -- I've never noticed any skewed results on Hanna Phosphate ULR but, obviously, I'm not dosing as much as you are

I still see some LCA with diatoms.

They told me i need to stop dosing when i see 1-2 lca per slide? Not sure

Well, I’m just saying that diatoms are clearly thriving.
