Did you just do or do you need to do a water change ?

While you have stable parameters you could have an issue that's building up slowly from food, 2 part or anything that you use regularly.

What else is in the tank and is everything else looking normal ?

I've kept a lot of plate corals and have had some that would frequently go through periods when they were less open. I never figured it out and they all lived.

Are you feeding your plate ?

I fed my plate ocassionally. I do water changes every 2-3 weeks. Came home today. Its losing color from the top. No clue whats happening.

It has thicker tentacles barely opened. Idk what to do

Is there anything near it that could have stung it ? Any crabs picking at it ?

Fungia don't like a lot of light or flow but a sudden change most likely means it's been stung or it's got a bacterial infection.

Have you dipped it ? Lugols would be a good place to start.

That's great news @Notsolostfish ! I did something stupid on a water change and now my plate coral mouth is wide open so at least I know there's hope.
