Need help if it’s ick or lympho for the fox face I just though I would add in just the bottom fin a little worry

That one bright white spot on the sailfin could be ich, but it could also be a sand grain. Just keep an eye on it. The diffuse white spots on the other fish (foxface?) could be ich, but doubtful.

I don't see any clear Lymphocystis on either fish.

Thank you it just the sailfin tang like big white patch on his fin I was concerned about and a little with the fox face

What could that white patch on the sailfin tang fin be?

Just mucus - possibly from a minor injury. It doesn't look infected.
Okay and just one more question I’m just super paranoid about ick so like every and any white thing I see I get scared lol. What about the puffer same thing with him there are like white dots on his tail but they have not spread anywhere else and he is eating and doing stuff fine

His back fin is the one I’m worried about

That looks more like ich - it shows a bit more diffusely on porcupine fish.
