So I filled up my tank and the tank is level but the water level is different on each side. The left is a little lower than the right. I think it’s because the return is only shooting the right side for some reason. The right line is getting all the flow. Is it because it is a lot longer away or what.

Certainly could be.

Does the stand have leveling feet?

Honestly I've never had good luck getting shims in place with this kind of weight involved.

Is it just water, sand, and rock in the tank right now? I'd be inclined to drain most of the water in to brutes, throw the rock in there too, getting rid of most of the weight while you try and get it level.

And I'd get a 6 foot level.
I drained all the water so all I have in there are rocks. No there are not any leveling feet the stand is flat along the bottom

I disagree the weight is huge and it would only be on the edge of the tank the bottom of the tank would likely give way. Level the Stand as I said shim every open space and hide the mess with trim down to the floor. Also as I said the stand is pretty flimsy
So if I shim the low side up 1/4” I’d have to also have shims along the front and back in the open space?

Just curious because I want to improve or just stop talking. I have posted the very same advice that others suggest way at the beginning more than once without being acknowledged once. How come?

I have been replying to comments in between my highschool classes and I’ve been draining the tank and i just went to get the shims from the hardware store. I’m sorry if I didn’t acknowledge you.:face-in-clouds:

Did you put the level on the top of the tank to see if your black brace is glued evenly? Maybe it just looks uneven because of the top black band?

After you shim one side and get the top level I would absolutely use a few more shims to "shore up" from the first shim, every 6-8 inches to give that stand support all the way across. you don't want it drooping between the shim and whatever is touching the floor.
