Well mine is supposed to get delivered today. Should have it up on a tiny frag tank next week to give a little feedback. I got it on ebay from dsuny_global, it was an auction with a reserve price of $69 but no one else bid on it.

First impressions;
It is pretty good for $70 but definitely not the best made unit. I just tried it at 100% for about 10 minutes and the metal piece closest to the leds got very hot. If i left my hand on it past 30 seconds i would get a slight burn. I will probably be using this unit at 25-40% so it wont really be an issue for me but it is something to lookout for. It does give great pop and shimmer and will give you the ability to customize the look of the light but seems to be like an 8000k to 20k look for the most part (you can do just blue but i will explain the channels next). Mounting hardware is pretty good but the light is a little tilted up when first mounted. Adjusting the screws was easy so i can get it parallel and it isnt something anyone looking at the tank will notice but it isnt perfect.
Channel 1 is just the middle white leds, channel 2 appears to be mainly violet but also uv, channel 3 is just a blue channel, and channel 4 is 6 green, 6 red, and 9 blue leds.
It also has a very wide spread so it can be good for a low light 22"x22" when mounted at the highest point.

Mine is the rl60. This was just from visual inspection when the channels were at 1%. Just made it easier to see and why i dont have exact spectrums

The wattage distribution is different on the rl90 than the 60.
Neither lists the number of each color leds in the mixed channels though I assume the "idea" is identical..

yes, It's just designed for different scales (side) of coral tanks

RL60 RL 90 RL180
60W 90W 180W
install way only armkit hang & armkit hang & armkit
tank width 40-60 cm tanks 60-80cm tank 70-90cm tank
tank deep 40-50 50-60 60-80

function are same, RL90 full spectrum is almost same as RL60 in spectrum.

if tank less than 60 width and 50 deep. I suggest RL60
