I've been trying to figure out the best lighting program for my tank using the Popbloom RL90. Can any of you familiar with these take a look and give advice on my current set up? Tank is a 40g Breeder, 2 popbloom lights, and current stock is mixed LPS/Softies and soon some Bubbletip Nems and a LTA.

Kinda I think. I spent some time going through the base programs, and tweaked my programming to better match one that was for LPS/Softies.

Hey sorry for the late reply, been busy with work since the holidays. So I modified one of the base profiles to one more to my liking (shifted more towards evening on as I work second shift.

To access the base profiles, on the main screen it is the circled on the picture below.

Upper right corner has the icon for the profiles.

Then pick the profile program you want.

Mine tilts slightly forwards, and will bounce a little if I bump them, but don't seem to be in any danger of falling.

I am a little suprise that the setting of Ch2, which is simulate moon.
why you want to a peak at 6:00 and 23:00?

Also, seem the Ch3 is always working during the night. I think it is too bright for your reef coral to reset.
Ch3 is for reef coral grow.

if you want more brightness during the night, please setting 100% for Ch2 during the night.
I suggest you open the lunar setting, because as my exprience, And a dark night will give your coral reef a good rest.

Mostly personal preference. I peak it at the times I leave in the morning, and come home at night. I use the lunar cycle setting as well, so even when it is "full moon" ch. 2 maxes at 65%. Ch.3, the "blue" lights are kept lower at night. That schedule was also while I was running acclimation cycle for the lights, and I wanted to be able to check on everything before I left for work, and when I got home. Commute is 2 hours each way, and a 10.5 hour shift at work means I'm leaving around 7:00am and getting home around 10:30pm during the week.

I've learned about a new customer need , thank you very much.

Please take care of the color on the Reef coral. As my exprience. if bright during the night, there is no good rest for coral and the color may lost.
But it is hardly now is it too bright or not. because tank deep and position of coral are also the parameter when make conclusion.

So if your reef coral bloom(grow vivid), then all are right. :)

Everything looks great. I was kinda on the fence when I was choosing lights, and figured at the price they were, I'd give them a shot. As I've been adding new corals every couple weeks, I think I've spent more time in the acclimation mode, than I have at having the schedule run 100% of the settings. That function is great, set the base line % of dimming, and duration and it'll automatically slowly ramp up over the period to 100% of programmed schedule again.
