I would try to get some other food than krill into him - I don't see a direct relationship to the eye issue, but krill/squid is not a complete diet. Can you augment the diet with some salmon pieces?

In terms of the eye issue itself, I don't know what it id, but here is an article I wrote on general fish eye health:
Cool, yeah I will look into it. And I will try some salmon for sure. I got clams, squid, octopus, silversides and krill / table shrimp, he’s addicfed fo krill but I can definitely try to mix it up.

Thanks for your time, I’ll keep looking at the eyes if anything changes I’ll chime in.

Thanks again, really appreciate it

Just want to chime in and say the spots on the eyes have become much more prominent. Nitrates are at 30.6

Eating like crazy still.

Could this indicate a bacterial infection of some sort? I know eels are pretty immune to ick but is it possible to be ick developing on both eyes equally? Should I be worried? How long should I wait before I step in? Worse case with copper.

Again no swelling, the dot just became much more solid white.

I just picked up a 32 gallon biocube for future quarantines, I have 2 now, I have a 6” clown trigger in one as he just dodged the tank before I caught the infection.

Thanks

Yes

it was a spin test 100% accurate. I have had plenty of tanks in the past and never had this issue from stocking. I had a 3000 gallon freshwater pond with a 100 messy eaters and no issue like this.

Rock is from a 5 year old tank, skimmer is 3x for this water volume sump is 29 gallon.
Wait, you think the spin test is accurate? You're being sarcastic right lol
