Kudos to this post. In addition to ornamental seaweeds, I add diverse filter feeders as I mimic a Caribbean lagoon with sponges, feather dusters, flame scallops and Sea Apples.

Totally agree! I have a 4 gallon macro algae tank, with just one fish, Gracilaria, acid rain, and grape caulerpa, and it's very enjoyable to watch grow! It's a different kind of love, but a love for that type of tank, nevertheless
