My ReedLED 50 stopped working. The power supply is lit on the back of the light and the power indicator is on the power brick as well. But the indicator light were the settings/wifi symbol is does not light up. No connection. It had been working just fine. I have tried a factory reset, it doesn't do anything, the indicator lights don't even blink. I have unplugged it, I removed it from the app, I tried it over and over, still nothing. I don't have another light and really need to get this working or replaced asap before I lose my corals and anemones. The fan is coming on, but nothing else. What can I do? I already sent Red Sea an email, but haven't heard back.

Okay I’ll try to help you as I have these lights as well. Are you using the phone app? And if so have you disabled the 5g on your router?
Everything worked great for almost a year. I have the phone app, I deleted the light from it. But the problem is the settings light on the back of the light won't even turn on. The hard reset button does nothing

Hiw long was the light on for today?
You said the fan is still running?
Sounds like it has over heated.
Not on today at all. They power went out yesterday when cooking, flipped the breaker back, everything works except the light. But this is on a surge protector too. It was my dang outdoor grill that tripped it. If I run my pond pump and the out door grill at the same time it trips it. I forgot to turn off my pond pump when I was cooking.

Dang might have damaged the processor.
Sorry for your loss but your corals will be fine for several days with out one.
You could get a basic led flood light for $10 at Home Depot or Lowe’s until your new light arrives
If you don’t have a lfs to purchase one from.

Try disconnect and reconnect the cable connector between the lights and power brick.

Just in case you haven't looked it up. It says that if the settings light is OFF the Wi-Fi is off. Pressing the settings button for 5 seconds (until double blink) turns Wi-Fi on.

Unfortunately, if the Wi-Fi wont turn on, could be the processor.

Ah I had this with my 90s recently when the power went out. I unplugged mine for about a week then re plugged it in and deleted the whole light fixture (and the other two) from the app and re connected everything. That was the only way I saw, mine kept not connecting or saying pairing failed or some other thing and the hard reset was doing nothing

Also theres a way to go into the light casing itself and factory reset without the buttons. These dang lights have done this to me a few times now.
