These are one of my favorite fish. I have 6 in a 200 Deep Marineland tank and they have been there for over a year doing great. My lighting is high and after a week (normal for most fish) they are out all day long and all seem to get a long great. They are also mouth brooders and I have a couple that might seem to have paired up, so I am keeping an eye on them

Apogon is not the valid Genus of this fish. Its correct scientific name is Ostorinchus compressus.
