Took a few shots of the tank from late last night after getting home . Most everything is pretty green still, but I’m getting a little color in a few.

I've never really done it before, but I've started to look at my tank after the lights goes out. To my shock, the tenacles and pe are crazy. So I've adjusted my phyto to half during the day and half after light goes out.

Do you have a red light flashlight?

Going off topic. Watching the beauty of flight with a purpose. It’s amazing to watch the aerodynamics of an eagle‘s wings and tail to pinpoint the perfect approach to grab a fish. Wish I could do that.

No. What does that do?
You can grab a cheap one from Amazon. You can shine it in your tank at night and it doesn't scare the fish or inverts..it's a wavelength they can't see. Pretty cool to see the inverts going to work without them getting spooked

Two good/cheap investments:
red flashlight for that
Uv flashlight to check acro fluorescence at night to see if they are good or struggling. Hard to tell during the day sometimes

Exactly why I have it. I thought this one was dead. Looked completely dark in daylight. Looked at it under a UV light at night. Definitely alive.

..reason I was showing and asking was to see what other colors it can pull if anyone has one
I wish I had one to compare! Hopefully the next sale I'll grab one. See if I can keep acros alive yet. Although 3 are hanging on, and our rainbow pocillopora has came back great. It was bone skeleton white two months ago. Never pulled it out. Now it's full of polyps again, at least I can keep that one SPS alive lol
