It’s about an hour drive home….all the egg rolls did not make the trip lol

Sounds right. I had a 20-30 minute drive and there were many egg rolls and wontons missing before I got back to the hotel lol

@Thuan here's the damage on the beef.

Patted it dry, salt rub, and in the fridge for a dry brine until I pull it out to cook for dinner tomorrow. Going to take it out tomorrow, wipe it down, add some butter, garlic and herbs to the outside, brown all sides and then into the oven at a low temp for awhile to get that good med-rare prime rib style.
