Only thing you can do is notify the seller with photos and do your best. Cold temps are usually better than hot but 51 degrees is a significant drop. That is a lot of stress.Here's a quick update on those torches that arrived at 55 degrees.
Do folks think that's going to kill them all?
High temperature acclimated them in the sump. I then did a quick Reef primer dip for any pests and now they are in a bath of KFC dip to give them the best chance of recovery.
It’s a pretty one. That’s cool to know you saved that hammer from the LFS, colored it up, grew it out and now it’s in tanks all overI don't think so. I think it is just a gold hammer with some nice colors. I actually bought it hoping it was a Holy Grail, I got it at my LFS originally and it was super pail, so I was hoping it'd color up into a Holy Grail.
I fragged it a few times, sent it out to a few people, then mine died. Gonis reached out and touched it and it lost. As mentioned, no room in tank. I moved my other orange hammer to my 10g after that and I have one other hammer in my 10g.
