That is really awesome but really sad at the same time. I'm a bit conflicted as to how to feel about that.
Counter argument is don’t hire part time. It’s a grueling job. I know. I have friends that worked for UPS but to depend on seasonal, part time staff, either a. Get the tech to remove the need for those sorters or b. Hire quality staff that rotates their function so there’s not brain drain from doing the same role for years. I know ups pays well even part timers but pay peanuts. You get monkeys.
Couldn’t get my delivery scheduled for my birthday today unfortunately, but next week will do!
Yeah, I think @Baby_Shark said they only gave half his money back which is crazy to me. If you pay extra for a service and don't receive said service, a refund is what needs to happen.I'm sure it all comes down to the bottom line of UPS. What's cheaper, fulltime employees or kids that goof off and they cover some screw ups. No guarantee on deliveries anymore, and insurance is extra. We have to fight tooth and nail to get reimbursed.
you will today@SBB Corals i havent received a shipping text yet
@SBB Corals If you want to ship the rfa pack, it may be a little while before I can join in on the fun again. My transmission went out on my equinox so it'll be a minute before I can join any sales. Priorities, ugh. Mama needs a new 4Runner.
great ideas.@SBB Corals . This is just a suggestion. Have you thought about using the 72 hrs rate heat pack instead of 40 hrs for this time of the year. Also, put a layer of newspaper on top of corals, then the heat packs taped to inside lid, then poke a hole through foam lid for air to work with the heat pack. I don't like the peanuts turning into mush
It's out for delivery. From other vendors I order from that their box still comes in warm. I copy from that and when I ship to friends.great ideas.
did you get your shipment today and if yes how did they show up? how was the temp?
Mushy nuts are awful... But typical if you're in Georgia and buy boiled peanuts along the roadside...@SBB Corals . This is just a suggestion. I love CB. Tempt to try one. is 65g too smallHa! Some mysis got him to come out and eat! And yes I'm standing about 10ft away.
I didn't love the mushy nuts either. They were disintegrating in my tank and I didn't love that.Mushy nuts are awful... But typical if you're in Georgia and buy boiled peanuts along the roadside...
Why are you flaking?Turned the medicated flake food into powder using the small scoop to dose into tank
Some people have kept them in 55 gallons, but I think that is way too small and wouldn't attempt unless maybe it was the only fish, maybe. A 4 ft tank gives it room to hunt and peck and roam. Though they don't need zoom zoom room like a tang.I love CB. Tempt to try one. is 65g too small

Yeah, I'm definitely waiting until after the holidays for shipping...Rip, corals got delayed until tomorrow. Last box came in damaged, most corals stressed/colored down. Lost over half of the corals on arrival or within a few days. Not having good feelings about this one either x.x
