And it all makes sense now!!AHA! Almost died in my discovery but I figured it out on how my tank flooded the other day (because it was starting to happen today) I put my main pump on feed mode which shuts off the pump for 15 minutes. I was behind the tank messing around longer than usual. When feed mode turns on the dump usually rises a bit as the tank levels out on its displacement. Now where does this solve the riddle? I slipped on water - salt water starting to pour from the sump (and fell). Where I went wrong was the sterilizer. As we all suspected
I have the pump directly placed in the DT for temporary means, and the return? I fed it directly into the overflow. Which for our expert residence here it will all click…
Extra water was being put into the overflow which ran to the sump and cause the sump overflow. Fortunately since I caught it. Only lost approximately a gallon. No harm. No foul. Huge learning experience.
